V ISAB      JAC      FAQs      My Access House Bill 5021 (2006) created Section 394.932, Florida Statutes which requires the Justice Administrative Commission to maintain a registry of mental heath and other experts who are available and willing to provide examinations and expert testimony in proceedings concerning sexually violent predators.  The JAC was instructed to list the name and contact information for all persons holding themselves out to be qualified to provide examinations and expert testimony upon request.
