As a result, a majority of court appointed counsel/due process are now funded by the State of Florida rather than the counties. Therefore, changes in the current invoice submittal and payment procedures have been implemented.

If you wish to receive IRS Form 1099 after December 31, 2004 for payments received from the Justice Administrative Commission for services rendered, please do the following:
