As you are aware, the implementation of Article V Revision 7 Legislation went into effect on July 1, 2004 . As a result, a majority of court appointed counsel/due process are now funded by the State of Florida rather than the counties. Therefore, changes in the current invoice submittal and payment procedures have been implemented. |
