INSTRUCTIONS FOR DUE PROCESS PROVIDERS
2007-2008 Standard Due Process Agreement
If you are a vendor who intends to provide due process services to an attorney whose
client has been declared indigent for costs during the 2007-2008 fiscal year and you have not signed the
2007-2008 Standard Due Process Agreement , please:
Click on and download the 2007-2008 Standard Due Process Agreement,
Print 2 copies,
Sign both copies in blue ink, and
Return both copies of the Agreement to the Justice Administrative Commission.
Please be sure to provide as much information as possible in the addendum to the contract.We hope to gain comprehensive knowledge of your service(s) and the circuit(s) and county/counties in which you intend to supply them.
The Justice Administrative Commission will then execute the Agreement and return one copy to you for your records.
