IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL DUE PROCESS SERVICE PROVIDERS (OTHER THAN ATTORNEYS) - RE: 2009-2010 CONTRACT

For JAC to process bills for direct payment for due process services rendered during Fiscal Year 2009-2010, a due process provider needs to execute the 2009-2010 contract. Please be advised the contracts are for a one year period corresponding to JAC's Fiscal Year (July 1 through June 30). JAC posted the 2009-2010 Agreement for Due Process Services (Other than Attorney Fees) on its website at http://www.justiceadmin.com/notice/InstructionsDueProcess.aspx. This contract applies to any services rendered during Fiscal Year 2009-2010, July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.

If you have already executed a 2009-2010 Agreement for Due Process Services (Other than Attorney Fees), you do not need to submit another agreement at this time. If you are unsure whether or not the contract you previously submitted is valid for services rendered, please refer to the effective date found in section 1 of the Agreement for Due Process Services (Other than Attorney Fees).

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our Help Desk at 866-355-7902 (toll free) or 850-488-2415.
