Due Process Vendors with Contracts

To facilitate finding a due process vendor eligible for direct payment by JAC and familiar with JAC’s billing process, JAC has compiled a searchable webpage (site) of due process vendors by service, expertise, circuit, and county. The information contained on this site is compiled from contracted due process vendors who chose to post their information for the current fiscal year. Due process vendors independently select the circuits and counties in which they are willing to provide services, which are subject to change.

Because JAC contracts must be signed each fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th), vendor information from the previous fiscal year will continue to appear on this site until July 30th. If a vendor does not execute a new fiscal year contract with JAC by July 30th, their information will no longer appear on this site after August 1st. Therefore, please be aware that between July 1st through July 30th, vendors appearing on this site may or may not have a current fiscal year contract.

Please know that the JAC has not independently verified the professional qualifications of the persons listed on this site. No endorsement by JAC is intended or made of any individual or organization listed. It is the sole responsibility of the attorney using the services of a person listed to verify their professional qualifications. The information in this database is offered for informational purposes only. An attorney seeking to retain a vendor’s services must comply with the requirements of Florida law, the JAC Contract, and JAC Policies and Procedures. A vendor’s inclusion on this site does not constitute a waiver of JAC’s right to object to a motion requesting state payment for a vendor, including any objection to rates in excess of the rates established by law. It is the attorney’s responsibility to make diligent efforts to obtain services at the rates established by law.
