                Capital Collateral Regional Counsels
            
                    
                        There are three offices of Capital
                Collateral Regional Counsel (CCRC), located in the northern, middle, and southern regions of the state.
                The northern region is comprised of the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Judicial
                Circuits; the middle region is comprised of the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, Tenth, Twelfth, Thirteenth,
                and Eighteenth Judicial Circuits; and the southern region is comprised of the Eleventh, Fifteenth, Sixteenth,
                Seventeenth, Nineteenth, and Twentieth Judicial Circuits.

                linked below. Please note that this registry is updated as applications for the registry are received and approved.
                
                The Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) will continue to
            maintain the registry of private attorneys who have indicated their eligibility to be appointed to represent indigent
            defendants in capital collateral cases.  For the purpose of private court appointment, two Capital Collateral Regional Counsel (CCRC) offices must have a
            conflict of interest, as required by law.
